  • I think a strong example needs to be made with this girl. There are probably lots of psychopaths out there wondering "What it feels like to kill someone". If this girl gets 10 years, that is not detering anyone. She needs life without parole.

  • How about here in L.A. where the Mexicans [and other races I'm sure] fire their guns crazily into the air on New Year's Eve? I've read about bullets fired straight upward do come down and kill people, so I'm always worried. Once in TN a black man was firing his AK47 into the air!!
